Two phone numbers

So out of the 3 agents and 1 supervisor none can tell me why my Apple ID still has a number from another iPhone plus another carrier and no one can tell me how to get rid of it

Have you checked your Apple ID to see if you can remove the number? You may need to sign out of Messages/FaceTime to remove the number.
