App store not working

For the last few weeks every time I try and download any apps it shows the loading sign and does nothing more. I have tried to then look in my settings under apps and every time I press it my screen freezes. I also cannot access the iTunes Store via the app.

I have updated my phone, reset the phone and signed out and in to my iTunes account and still nothing works. HELP!
