Is there a way to move or hide a shared album without unsubscribing?

My deceased friend's husband has shared pictures of their life together, but it is very upsetting to see everyday and I do not want to remove them or unsubscribe so he thinks I don't want to look at them anymore. Is there a way to move or hide the shared album?
