How can I get a full list of my transaction history for Apple Pay?

If you are talking about Apple Card you can go to Wallet>Apple Card>Card balance/total balance>statements - select the month you want. If you re talking about a bank card, contact your bank and if you are talking about a different credit card contact the card issuer.
