Can I control my special needs child’s iPhone apps long distance or do I have to physically have to possess the phone?

I have all the protections on my phone for my special needs son. However, can I add and delete apps on his phone remotely? He lives in a different city so I can I add and delete apps from a computer or do I have to have the phone?

You have to have the phone to add and delete apps. Other parental guidance settings can be done remotely.
