Safari and Google Error

I am getting the following error when I use Google or Safari on my Iphone 6s or Ipad 7th generation:

"400 That's and Error. Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That's all we know."

I have tried everything to get rid of this error. I don't know why it is happening. It came out of no where. Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it? Thanks!

If you haven't already done so, try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
