Hello, I have one of the original @me.com email addresses. Are these still available and, if so, can I get a second one without having to create a new Apple ID?

Your @me.com address (and any @mac.com) address is now nothing more than an alias to your @icloud.com address. The entire MobileMe service was shutdown seven years ago now.
