how can i subscribe to a podcast, and then have the podcast automatically pop up in my current playlist, like all the other podcasts in the world?

I just want to subscribe to a podcast, and have the newest episode pop up in my subscription feed. And i also want to specify the ones that should not do that. Meaning that i want to have a managed playlist that i can decide how the episodes would be added.

Listeners also subscribed to We host our podcast through podbean but have noticed that on Apple Podcasts we have no 'listeners also subscribed to' and we do not appear in podcasts with similar content. Where are the podcasts on my Windows 10 desktop that I selected to GET or to Subscribe? I used iTunes Version 12.12.2.2 on December 5, 2021 and I subscribed to 4 podcasts. For a different podcast, I clicked "GET" to receive specific episodes of the podcast. I can't find them. I waited 24 hours the second time I tried, and they don't appear in my Windows 10 folder called DOWNLOADS. Where are the podcasts saved? Thank you.
