I have just bought a 2019 version Mac Pro few days ago, and I tried to access the free Apple TV through APP, I was only granted a free trail for 7 days followed with a monthly fees- as indicated in my account. Please help me with this?

Hello, thanks for helps but it didn't work for me. I have tried all possible solutions as suggested. I am sure that I bought my Mac from one Apple authorised dealer (John Lewis, Glasgow). Any further suggestions please? or should I check this with the shop?
