Refund after cancelled Order

I cancelled my order for an Apple Watch on November 19. I received an email from Apple confirming the cancellation. However, I have not received a refund of the money that was debited from my card. How long should I wait before I get the money back?

If the Watch was never shipped there should not be a charge to your account. There is a test charge made when the order is placed to verify the account but that is backed out. Talk to your bank.
