i lost my phone and i get an email from apple that it located some place, but why i tried to open the line it leads me to find my iphone and when i signed in it says i dont have no device there

Sounds like you fell for a phishing message. It did not come from Apple, it came from the thief who has your phone. If you used a link in the message to sign in, you gave the thief your iCloud credentials, allowing them to remove the activation lock.


You need to change your password immediately.
