The iCloud payment

Hi, i have always problems with the iCloud payment. I did it with my slovenian master card, but then it also changes the country.

Now I had changed my payment with the iDeal card that I use here in Holland, so I can keep my apps that only work here, but then i got the notification that my iCloud can not charge my subscription of 50GB that i had bought. How can I swap from my credit card to iDeal so the iCloud can be charged from the iDeal card? Thank you
