Hi this morning i accidentally clicked on instal the new ios now but i needed to go out. I knew i wouldn’t have internet so i tried to restart my phone. And now its asking me to plug my phone to a computer with iTunes. Does this mean i lot all of my phones data ??? Also i didn't save anything on iCloud snd the only thing my iCloud has are my iPods old data.

More than likely, any data that was on the device is now gone. You're going to have to restore iOS using iTunes from a computer. You should not have interrupted the update.
Heyyy i got it. Just needed to plug it on my computer and click on instal the new ios! So yeah u were wrong i didn't lose anything. And i guess its okay to interrupt because there is always a way to restart it again.
You got extremely lucky.
Interrupting the update can easily result in the loss of all data on the device.
