iMovie not updating on Mac

The latest iMovie update (10.1.14) is not showing up in the Updates section of the AppStore on a friend's iMac.

Everything else is up to date with macOS 10.15.2 Catalina but her iMovie is still at version 10.1.13.

Mine updated perfectly yesterday.

Tell your friend to sign in to the app store and to open his/her account by clicking on his/her name at the bottom of the app store side bar. The account will open, showing purchases made. iMovie should be able to be updated from there.

If the above does not work, try typing in "iMovie 10" in the app store search box at the top of the side bar. Current iMovie should appear as an available app, and can be downloaded from there.
