Iphone call sound problem

I have updated my iphone x to latest version

now the upper speaker used for listening sound gives very low sound while any call

how ever it is working in other apps like whatsapp etc

it only create problem while sim call

Have you contacted your carrier?

Also If you are not able to hear the other person, click this...>If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't ...
