I got a phishing email from YNAB app. It is saying after 1 day free trial I will be charged $83. Has anyone had this happen? I don't want this person(s) to get my money. Any advice would be great!

I got a phishing email from YNAB app. It is saying after 1 day free trial I will be charged $83. Has anyone had this happen? I don't want this person(s) to get my money. Any advice would be great!

Has anyone else been phished by YNAB app? What can I do to make sure I don't get charged. I didn't order this app!

Open “Settings”
Press the “<YOUR NAME>“ Button
Press “Subscriptions”

It was probably a scam email; I hope you didn’t respond to it or click a link in it. Do you have the app? If you don’t have the app you can’t be charged. And there is no fee of $83 for in-app purchases. Only a monthly subscription for $3.99 or yearly for $39.99.

Oh, and it’s a reputable company that provides the app (Quicken).
