Purchased Ringtones

My ringtones that i have purchased are not in the store to re-download on my new phone?

What do i do?

If they are no longer in your country's store you won't be able to redownload them.

Can not find my purchased ringtones in Sound&Haptic / Apple devices Hi there! I purchased several ringtones for my previous iPhone 12 Pro and everything was fine. I've change the iPhone to 14 Pro and can not find any of my purchased ringtones except one of them. I read and tried all the instructions from support page, but that won't work. Why can’t I download all the ringtones I purchased? Only 2 of my purchased ringtones downloaded. How do I get them back?

Ok thx, They seem to be in the Apple Store... if they are not the identical item then under ACCC laws it seems I’m entitled to a full refund. I will investigate thx
