I want to change my apple-ID's primary email-address because this address is going to be deleted. How can I do that without losing all my history at apple (community, store's purchases, whatnot)?

If it's not an Apple domain email address you should be able to change it. You are looking at the top of the screen on http://appleid.apple.com (your screenshot is too far down the page) :
Apple hasn’t published any guidance for using an address again. Normally, if your e-mail address was associated with an ID in any way, for example as a Reachable at or Rescue e-mail address, then it can't be reused with another Apple ID for approximately one year. I have also seen posts that stated Apple told them there was a 30 day waiting period before the address could be used again. You will need to get another e-mail address to use as your Apple ID or you can try waiting 30 days to see if that works.

I can't change the primary email-address, I only can add other addresses.
Is there really no way to change a primary email-address?

ok, thank you. I didn't dare to change my apple-id...
Now I'm half a step further:
I removed the email-address I want to use from my notification-addresses, which worked flawless, it is not displayed anymore.
When I tried to change the apple-id to that dress, it complains that it cannot be the same as a notification-addresses...
signed out and in several times, to no avail...
