lock my iphone with windows computer
how can i lock my stolen iphone without using another apple product and using a windows computer instead?

I've tried doing that and it takes ne to a page that says it cant find devices and to set it up which I've already done but it still cant tell me where my device is at but I can remove it from the account. I'm not trying to remove it from the account in case I find it and just unlock it with a password but dint know how to lock it if it wont find it first?
