PNG files not saving as transparent in 13.3 version

Hello,

I have this problem that when I save PNG files from anywhere, some of them don’t save as png at all and automatically convert to JPG. They only end up PNG in Procreate (I’m an artist by the way). It’s quite a problem since most of the photos/drawings that I want to send or upload on a site or to a messaging app, there’s a white background out of nowhere.

iPad, iOS 13

My image and video editing apps all use my iPhone photos to supply images/videos. This iOS update now gives transparent PNG images a white background, which means I can no longer use those apps to make the images and videos I used to. I've paid annual subscriptions for those apps based on the functionality of transparent PNGs. In addition to that money lost, it will force me to find desktop-based image and video creation tools or get a non-iOS phone.

I really hope I'm able to rollback this iOS update...
