What is the process to Transfers files ( files reside in the Apple app FILES) from iPad Pro to an sd card? I am using ISO 13.3
I am using (USB C Hub for iPad Pro 2018, USB Type-C to 4K HDMI Adapter w/USB 3.0, SD/TF Card Reader, 3.5mm Headphone Jack, PD Charging ) Or even Apples sd card transfer adapters

As long as its has adaptor for sd card just hover to files apps it should show the card name.
If not try different adaptor
For moving files between ipad and SD card Used multi app instances/space side/side to move between storage. Only online storage some are greyed out. Should work out of box for local storage.
