The bolt turns green but it's not charging and I can't force close

My watch was never completed the most recent update and started losing power quicker and resetting often. Yesterday it went into low power mode, I set on the charger all night, original apple charger, the bolt turns green but it's not charger and I can't force close. HELP!!

So is the problem that your Apple Watch isn't charging? If so, follow the steps outlined here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204640

If your problem is battery life, it's pretty normal for an Apple Watch to have lower battery in the days following an update. It should return to normal after 2-3 days.
