iPhone 8 Plus boot loop

So i bought an iPhone 8 Plus and it had a broken screen and the battery never seemed to charge. I replaced both the battery and the screen and i Tested to see if it was working when i first turned it on and it immediately took me to the lock screen and everything seemed fine. I turned it back off and closed it up and then it just keep giving me the boot loop I’ve put it to the point so i could connect to iTunes but then my computer does not read it. I can connect any other iPhone i have and they all connect just fine. Not sure what to do am i missing something?
