After 13.3, no emoji keyboard to select under General

I reset my iPhone and emojis reappeared.

SETTINGS>GENERAL>RESET> RESET ALL SETTINGS

Be sure to back up your phone on iCloud.

Yes sir. Emoji is listed but it’s gray and nothing happens when I tap

it.

In Add New Keyboards, it’s not listed.
