It keeps saying your account has been disabled on Apple Store

Hi I have been trying to update the apps on my iPad and it keeps saying your account has been disabled on apple store and iTunes and it doesn’t let me update anything on it. Where as the same account works perfect on my iphone and I can update download and do each and everything on phone but on iPad .
