Account charged

Why was I charged $10.47 for a “bill” that I don’t have a subscription for? The $4.99 I know is for my Apple Music account. I’ve noticed Apple has been charging me a lot for things I’m not sure what they are. I need that $10.47 back because you’ve put my bank account in the negative now!

Hi sjwise127,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are seeing an unfamiliar charge on your financial statement, and I'd like to provide you guidance on how to handle this.

Please follow the guidance outlined in this support article, as it will help you determine what the charge is for specifically: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support. This article will also lead you to another article that discusses how to request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.

If you need continued support with any billing related matters, it's best to get in touch with Apple's billing specialists next: Contact - Official Apple Support.

Best regards.
