I failed to log out Apple ID of my 5 years old sister. I want to give this IPad to the other person.
how can I do this ? Please help! :(
Do you have the password to your sister's ID? What happens when you try to log out? Error message(s)?

yes, I have it. I just can’t press the button “log out” it’s not active because of “log out is not available because of restrictions”

You need to go to Settings/Screen Time and remove the restriction. Do you have the passcode for Settings Screen Time?
If not, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
