Iphone storage 6s

My storage is being used up by something unidentified. It seems NOT to be "other" as "other is also in the graph. What is it and how do I get rid of it? It is the area that the arrow is pointing at. Thanks.

If you haven't already, please make sure your iPhone is up to date, as the updates contain stability fixes that can resolve issues like yours, as well as important security updates to keep your iPhone safe.

Next, usually the dark grey in Settings > General > iPhone Storage is System storage, so please follow the relevant steps in this Apple resource on iPhone storage and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.

Thanks, MoonJ, I had already stumbled into the answer by updating to ios 13.3 when the dark grey block moved to the left in the graph and was then identified just below, as "System". "Even a blind squirrel finds the occasional nut." IOS 13.3 however, has seriously slooooowed down website loading. Oh, Well.

Do a backup and restore using computer iTunes.
