From question mark to exclamation mark

Hello all, my macbook was on recovery mode then it went blank and was blinking question mark on the screen. Was given a link to find a solution. Tha is restarting and pressing down Command+R which was showing a revolving globe but then the globe stopped moving and now has an exclamation mark with -2003F
