Wondering if a hard landing damaged my iPhone. As above, tried checking settings. Ringer shows as muted, but when go to settings or control center, I hear all the sounds I have set up. Have not heard ringer or text tones go off past few days, just haptic vibrations. Side buttons seem to adjust volume, and don’t have do not disturb turned on. Restarting didn’t fix it, Bluetooth on and off, either. Need a check up?
Have you checked the Mute switch on the left side above the volume buttons? It will mute the ringer, notifications and text tones, but not audio from apps.
