Upgrade old Mac Mini
How do i upgrade the operating system on an old Mac Mini running OS X 10.9.5?

A Late 2012 Mac Mini can run the latest macOS 10.15 Catalina. However it would be wiser to only go to mac OS 10.13 High Sierra or macOS 10.14 Mojave if it still has the original Hard Drive and 4GB of RAM.
