Payment deduction

I was downloaded a paid app but now i didnt use that app no more and on every month i charged 199 rupees from my credit card. And in apple id there is no option for remove the card

un tracible deduction i have added debit card, and subscribed to some software's before on android and i have removed all softwares from android and changes to iphone, but still there is some deduction. i have tried to remove my debit card but still its showing subscription to some softwares which will end after 10days. this is the worst thing i have seen, meanwhile i have no balance in my card and i want to download some softwares in i phone and now it is showing to change the payment method as ur card is declined. can someone guide me to remove this stuff.

Why do I need to enter a payment method when downloading free apps? I didn't buy the app but it's not in my apps, I don't want a refund, I just want to cancel to download other apps, why do I need to enter my card details when downloading free apps [Re-titled by Moderator]
