Running Catalina 10.15.2 on Mbook Pro. Mail quits unexpectedly, constantly and cannot reopen. What canI do to fix this?MAil

If I understand correctly, the Mail app on the MacBook Pro quit unexpectedly.
Did it quit when you did something specifically?
Do you receive an error message?
If an app freezes or quits unexpectedly on Mac
Rebuild mailboxes in Mail on Mac
