Apple TV+ Subscription
Hi, I bough a new iMac Pro late November 2019, I am not able to sign-up to a 1 year subscription, can someone help me rectify this please?

You need to redeem in the Apple TV app (e.g. on macOS Catalina 10.15) on your new device. The offer would be available to the first user (Apple ID) registered with that new device.
If you did that and still don’t get to see the year-offer, then contact Apple Support staff for assistance. They can help, if needed using activation codes.
