Ipad Photos

The Add To feature no longer shows up on my iPad screen when I am attempting to put photos in albums. I am updated to the most recent update.

Hello,

With your photos selected within Photos, tap the action button (square button with upward facing arrow) > Add To Album.

I have always in the past been able to put my iPad photos in my albums by going to photos, tapping Select, and selecting some photos. Then Add To would appear at the top of the screen and I would then place them in the correct album. Now Add To no longer appears as it did before and I can not find any way to place them in an album.
