Why is the update 5 hours to install and doenload?

That is way too long. I suggest you stop the download and reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. Then try updating again making sure to update your iPhone first and having your watch on your charger with at least a 50% charge.
