My iTunes ID has been blocked

My Apple ID works, but the system says that my ITunes and Apple Store accounts have been blocked. How can I resume access ?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Contact Apple Support, using the link at the bottom of this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
