Live Wallpaper

How come I can’t have a live wallpaper? The iPad 6th generation has Live Photos, but I can’t figure out how to have a live wallpaper. Can you have a live wallpaper with the iPad 6th generation, and how do you do it?

Live Wallpaper is a feature that requires 3D Touch, which no iPad ever supported. 3D Touch is hardware and cannot be added later on.

3D Touch is available on the:

iPhone 6s (Plus)
iPhone 7 (Plus)
iPhone 8 (Plus)
iPhone X
iPhone Xs (Max)
