I am having issues with Apple Pay Services. I am unable to see recent transactions with my Apple Card and I am unable to add Apple Pay Cash to my devices.

Hi,
I’ve done that and have reset my phone as well. Prior to resetting my phone, I could not add the Apple Card. Resetting allowed me to add the card but I am unable to see any transactions etc. Thanks for any additional help you can provide.
