My iMessages

So when I try to set up the setting “Share name and photo”, it says “iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in”. How do I fix this and set up feature?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Are you signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud and Settings/FaceTime and Messages using the same Apple ID?

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and back in? If that doesn't work, try signing out of Messages, and back in. That should refresh the account sign ins.
