We are receiving calls from ****-3940 every 5 minutes or less. It is calling our land line which is not listed in our Apple account. The message indicates that our Apple account has been breached. The calls started at 5:36and the last one was at 7:07. Can this be stopped?

Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

You can go to your phone service provider's web site and see if there is a place where you can block calls from a certain number.
