It looks like you are having an issue updating your Apple ID settings. I would be happy to help.
Could you let me know what happens when you tap the update button underneath your name? Usually, all that is needed on the next screen is to enter your Apple ID password. If this is not working, I'd recommend first visiting the Apple ID website to verify that your password is correct. This can be done here: Apple ID.
If you find that your password is incorrect, you can reset it from the same page. If you can log in without issue, try signing out and back in with your Apple ID at Settings > [Your Name] > Sign Out (it's at the bottom of the page).
