my account is disabled from my apple store on my mac
I'm trying to download an app from the apple store on my mac but it won't let me and it's saying that my account is disabled in the apple store and itunes.

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
