Forgotten the Apple ID and primary email
I am trying to fix the iPhone 6 for my sister. She has forgotten the Apple ID and primary email to make things worse the phone is stuck on Recovery Mode. How can I resolve these issues

Firstly, to get the phone out of Recovery mode, follow this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
When the phone is reset, look through any emails that may be stored. That should show the email address for any emails received.
From there, you can then the password. Your Apple ID is your Apple email address (or any Apple alias that may have been used)
Then use this to recover the Apple ID and password, or to createe new ones for both: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201487
