Battery Percentage Indicator on iPhone 11

Not sure if this is the right place to put this comment.....but please Mr Apple software gurus will you put the Battery Percentage indicator back on the home page. It's taken me a week to discover it and only then after asking the question! Or am I the only dumb one! Thanks
