My iPhone X is 18 months old started off with one thin green line at right hand side. Two weeks ago another two lines appeared!! After a complete and utter waste of time seeing a “genius” he told me my phone was out of warranty £279 to fix it!!

I’ve had iPhones since the 4 came out, my phone is perfect not even a scratch on it! Hasn’t been dropped, nothing! They have emailed my report to me to try and get Vodafone to fix it under the consumer goods act 2015! Do you think I can find an email address for Vodafone to forward message? Of course not! I have 2 phones and an iPad paying £150 per month, I am done with them been a loyal customer for years and years. That’s my last be going with Samsung in future disgusted with them it’s definitely a hardware issue! Anyone have any luck going down consumer goods route? My insurance is £100 excess too😤😤😤
