Apple Watch fall detection
Do you need to have a cellular plan enabled in order to use the emergency sos function, or is it available to all users regardless?

It's only available if you have an apple watch 4 or 5 and the GPS only versions of these watches work fine,but you have to have your phone with you.The cellular version means that you don't need your phone with you.
