Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

I have tried all of those options, but none worked out.
Mainly because i cannot reatart the device to initial settings because it asks to turn off “find your device” function. And i cannot do it, because even when enter the right password it displays an error to connect to apple server.
You can turn off Find My Phone and erase the iPad by going to iCloud.com/Find My Phone using a computer browser. See the Remove a device you no longer have section.
