itunes problem with downloading ios app
on my Surface pro...redeemed an ios app via itunes....itunes says I still have one item to download...asking it do download does nothing. It is not in my library...it has been purchased...

You cannot download iOS Apps to Windows devices. They will not work on Windows as they are developed for an entirely different platform.
You can only download iOS Apps to iOS devices such as iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches.
