Wife is no longer able to make in-app purchase with our family-sharing bank card.

Sometime in the last couple of months family-sharing quit letting my wife make in-app purchases using our "shared" debit card. It now errors out with a message to "check with the payment organizer"...ME...to fix things. I have no idea what to change nor do I have any idea what has changed. I do not normally purchase anything from iTunes or the App Store but I did purchase 1 song today to see if I still work...& it did.


Is/has anybody out there encountered this situation & is there a resolution?

did you already try to remove her from family sharing and add her back?
